How do I access my cloud? I want to play with my rosters from 2020 and it would allow me to access and upload them to the cloud to download in 2021?

This is hot garbage right now. Save your money.

You don't understand. We want to play franchise mode in a manner as close to reality as possible and this game was rolled out real sloppy.

I can't retrieve files from my cloud, and when I upload rosters, it doesn't do anything. They need to get this fixed and put the 2020 draft class in the game. We wait all this long for all these issues.
