They responded and fixed the situation a few weeks ago. It'll take them some time to get to you but they'll eventually reach out to you if they haven't already.

Are you sure you're using Topps Now players and not Monthly Awards players? If that's not the issue then you might just have run into a server issue. Seem to be some hiccups going on right now.

Missing Joe Carter. SDS said the team is looking at it. That was about 10 days ago. At least there seems to be multiple people with the same issue. Make sure you send a ticket and eventually they'll work out a fix for us...probably. Otherwise we're unable to progress for the league collection rewards.

I'm all for Xbox players getting a chance to play this game, but I have a feeling the fact this game is on Game Pass has deluged SDS servers beyond their limit. This game being on Game Pass must have hit them by surprise.

Except this has happened every single year, well before Xbox was part of the equation.

umm no, this is way beyond anything that has happened last 2 years

2017 was as bad, if not worse.

2017 was 4 years ago...not the last 2 years.

In 2017 they gave 10 packs and 11k stubs for the game basically being unplayable for a month. Yeah. Yippee. I'd rather they just, I don't know...have some foresight to anticipate the same issues happening every single year that maybe for once they don't happen. But silly me.

Not sure it's the same issue but I completed the Blue Jays collection. Never received Joe Carter. Can't resubmit the collection and the players aren't unsellable. Support said they're looking into it. We'll see.

I had them when I initially logged on for the first time. When I tried to redeem them there were server errors. When I restarted and logged back in, the deluxe edition bonuses were in my DD team but the additional preorder bonus of packs and stubs was not. I'm assuming it's gone for good because they've not responded to me in my trouble ticket.

Edit - They're not in my team or available to redeem. I'm on Series X.
