It is mind blowing this game has been out since the 13th tomorrow is 2 weeks and SDS you still haven’t fixed this sht. Two tone Malone split back neck and dark neck glitch y'all just turning a blind eye fcking disgraceful

@FLACOOOOO818_XBL no bro and I’ve given up on the game and these devs I have been going back and forth Manu_SDS told me they had replicated it and were investigating the cause then SDS_JoeK_PSN gave me the typical damage control answer the next day “all I can say is the team is looking at it sorry if that’s not a satisfactory answer.” Really about to get a refund for this game both those face scan glitchs have been happening since march 13th early access day 1 these dudes are shameless bro they can’t even tell me the face scan is failing this year because they updated the graphics of the game they can’t throw out a lie like that what happened was they copy and pasted the same game 10 years in a row and didn’t have the decency to make sure it was at least working absolutely shameless brother

@SDS_JoeK_PSN with all due respect you guys have had a week to look at it, really looking into how to get a refund for the game because clearly it’s a faulty made product and you guys do not care enough. And I say this as respectfully as possible but this is absolutely unacceptable to still have this issue going on after the game has been playable since the 13th

For anyone like me who heard if you clean shave the scan will work it does not so congrats sds you owe me 90 dollars or 80 for the pre order and a new beard for this clear as day no effort game you guys released again

I’m reaching a breaking point with the absolute lack of quality control this year. I paid $80 for the privilege of "Early Access," but a week in, it’s clear I didn't pay to play a finished game—I paid to be an unpaid field tester for a studio that can't even get its basic companion app right.
We just got version 6.2.2, which finally stopped the app from throwing literal developer-level debug errors (TFLITEMODELCREATE), but the actual face scan results are still an absolute joke. The "Two-Tone Malone" glitch and the “Dark Neck” glitch—where the back of the neck looks like your two face from Batman and your players neck is darker than Batman’s cape—is still everywhere.
How is it that after years of this feature, whatever AI you guys use still can’t distinguish a jawline from a shadow? I shouldn’t have to set up a professional barber-grade ring light and shave my face just to get a scan that doesn't look like a Frankenstein experiment. We’re being told this is a "new year" with "new physics," but when the most basic personalization tool is this broken, it’s hard to see anything but a lazy roster update with a fresh coat of paint.
At this point, anyone who paid for Early Access should be entitled to a full refund. We paid for a head start on a working game, not a week of troubleshooting server maintenance and broken asset mapping. You guys drop an update to fix something that is gonna be broken with the next update that supposedly fixed the previous issue and the cycle continues. I do not understand how this is happening to you guys when you literally drop the same exact game just a roster update and new menu design every year.
SDS, stop hiding behind "Jersey Physics" marketing and fix the core utility of your game. Some of us actually want to start our RTTS careers without looking like a glitch.

And I was right they updated app to 6.2.2 face scan dark neck and two tone Malone still there and in living color. I’m not surprised because I predicted it. When will you guys actually fix this issue many of us enjoy rtts creating our player I do not understand how this has never been an issue before do I have to shave my beard off what do I have to do to just be able to create my player in peace

They said they were updating the app to fix the face scan dark neck and two tone glitch and now we’re back to square 1 can’t even take my picture I get an immediate “invalid arguments” error code symbol not found.

I regret preordering cause I cannot start my rtts I’ve never had a problem with face scan don’t understand what is going on. And if they update again and get it working, I’m strongly sure that dark neck glitch will still be there. haven’t fixed a visual bug that’s been tanking the immersion since day one early access. it’s like the same three broken lines of code being rotated around and hoping nobody notices the "Two-Tone Malone" and Dark neck looking back at them in the mirror.

Even if it works you get a dark neck and split two tone glitch on the back of your players neck. The game has been out nearly a week counting early release and they haven’t even addressed it unacceptable

Same here and I’m not trying to shave my beard if it’s not guaranteed to work someone said they shaved and the dark neck and two tone was gone but that’s the only one I’ve seen on Reddit

I preordered the game first it was face scan heavy load now if it does work you have a super dark neck and in the back two tone glitch split idek what to say never had an issue before and we are now today 5 days I believe and it still hasn’t been fixed let alone addressed
