Monopolized MLB game. What are we gonna do

I tried this moment many many times. Yet here I sit at work 3 days later, accepting defeat.

Grindfest was/is fun, but agree some of the gameplay makes it hard to come back to this once the next big game comes out. a la Battlefield.

The bland commentary. We need some more exciting and varied commentary. Give us crowd cheering, commentator exaggeratingly calling a home run or defensive play, etc.

At this point a lot of stuff's just going to get ignored until maybe next year. Just enjoying DD for what it is now.

I love this idea. I like the "Gacha" aspect of this game but I would much prefer if I could level up a player that Ive had for a while to make him useable. I tend to get attached to my game character, whether it be The Show or an RPG game.

This is the main reason why I still have Tatis Jr in my lineup. Sure, there's better options, but he's my only parallel 4 card mainly because I pulled him from a regular pack early in the year.

Yeah at this point, nothing in DD is competitive, or "ranked".

Then again.....it does balance out the game so that casuals can at least have a chance at playing against the die hard grinders with no life

But they do need to tone it down a little bit at least. The die hard grinders should still have a little bit of a better team regardless..

Nice. That Brooks cars is pretty good too. Being an Orioles I love seeing Eddie And Brooks in there. I met Brooks a few times when I was bartending in Baltimore.

No Brooks, sometimes I use him, That you know is Jackie Robinson at 2B. I do use brooks at 3rd and Move Chipper to SS that was before I got Ozzie.

Yeah, I'm pretty stoked on all the FOD cards. I still don't have Mike Schmidt milestone and Piazza seems to he late on the ball (no blame to the user hahaha) but TA is a monster considering all it took was 5 rookie moments to get him.

I've had all of them at one point. Schmidt is cool but I don't like his swing, same with Piazza. But Brock and Kris Bryant and REALLy good,

Started using That awards Kris Bryant card recently for the 6th inning mission, and yes he mashessss. Playing Extra Inning games on All-Star I had 2 multi-HR games with him lol. And his versatility on defense is clutchhh

Plate discispline and reading pitches. Crazy to me how some of those guys can really notice that that electric slider that's coming in is going to end up half an inch off the plate for ball 4 lol. It's beyond me.

IDK most people I play, have God-Squads. Multiple 99 players, to my single Eddie Murray (thanks double xp week) and my very f2p casual lineup, yet almost every game is still pretty competitive. What keeps me interested and engaged is that I don't have to spend a bunch of money to be able to keep up.

See: Gacha mobile games: In those games, you have to put in a lotttt of time and effort or real money to even be a tiny bit competitive against people who have the "godsquad" in those games.

It's not a "complete dice roll" but yeah RNG takes control more often than not based on the player attributes.

Just buy more expensive seats at your stadium and you'll see more of the fit chicks

The 102mph pitchers are hard to hit but not impossible. What they need to do fix is how many times a pitcher can actually throw that hard AND how deep into games they're throwing 102.

Are they able to program it so the higher up you throw a sinker, the less it breaks? Say if you try throwing it any higher than the below the letters, it'll just be a straight meatball.

Yeah I just hit it in the left center gap and ran all the way around the bases. Hardest/funnest way to do that one lol

This happened to me so many times...: How about when you have a guy rounding third AND a guy about to round 2nd. It's a Close game so you would think the cut off man is going to turn around and gun it home....But somehow they ALWAYS know that they most likely won't get the out, but they DO know that you're about to round 2nd before the animation even starts. So they cancel the throw, you notice, so you try to stop your runner rounding 2nd, but the animation has to play out, so you're dead in the water.
