I have lost interest in online play, it just doesn't feel like baseball. The only way to score runs is on a HR, its not that 100% of the time, but it sure as heck seems that way.

I agree with you 100% I have played around 40 games online, but would like to see more stat mission grinds. For example if it says get 100 hits with player A online, you could easily make that 200 hits offline stat grind.

I hit decline once, and lost 10-0, I will never decline a friendly quit again. lol

For your first year hovering around 500 is a pretty big deal, don't sell yourself short.

Thank You SDS. That's exactly how showdown/moments should play. It wasn't easy, it wasn't hard, it was just right. I usually fail most of the showdowns.

Then maybe SDS should rethink prestige players online only.

or when they let it go to 5 seconds left.

In any mode, RS, BR or Events, when the game just loads in & you see the home stadium being featured with the letter board graphics of the 2 teams facing each other. Many times it does not show the W-L record of both teams.

This always annoys me & upsets me when it does not show it. I like seeing how good of a player I am facing before the game starts because that in a way lets me go about that game in a certain way. Being able to see if someone is 300-100 as to 100-300 tells me a lot with what to expect from this opponent & how to try to implement a game plan. Same with seeing if it's a newbie & if he is 40-10 or 10-40.

Maybe most in here, this really don't matter to them. But wondering if it does to any in here & they would like to see "ALL" game Intro's (in any DD mode) showing W-L records.

If you match up against me it will say, easy win for you.

Over the last six months or so, I've been going back, and forth on if I should buy a Gaming Monitor or not.
I simply can't pick up the pitches playing online (Ranked Seasons) you can tell me what your throwing, and I would still swing, and miss.
So today I bought a MSI 27' Gaming Monitor. I can honestly say it makes a difference in picking up the pitches (at least for me) now I'm not saying this time next week I'll be a world series player.
If you're debating about getting a Gaming Monitor I highly recommend getting one.

Sometimes you just have to laugh at yourself.
My opponent did everything he could to make sure I would win. He would bunt with most of his players, (and be successful) and then steal bases with them (and be successful) Finally I come back, and he quits. I'm so horrible even when you try to give me a win, I will find a way to lose.

MLB The "Did he catch it? yes he did"
MLB The " This ball is crushed, where will it land?, and the RF tracks the ball down"

I learned in 18 to turn my messages off. Played someone online, and they called me every name in the book.

In Team scroll to Dodgers.

Now if you're on a particular position, it will show all the Dodgers you have for that position.

Just have to do it once per team, as long as you dont back out of the roster completely.

For as long as I've been playing DD, I never knew that was an option. I feel dumb. I appreciate the tip.

At this point, I am not even going to try for a win, I will just focus on some online missions to complete.

Once the 4th inning starts, all games played Conquest, BR, Ranked Seasons, moments etc will count towards the 4th inning.
Now on one hand, lets say you have 200 stars in the third inning program, but haven't done the conquest map for the third inning, or you haven't done any of the third inning moments, those will count towards the third inning. Hopefully that makes some sense.

I was playing the West team Affinity 3 Showdown boss Orel Hershiser and was trailing 15-12 with 3 outs left guy on 3rd. I worked the count full and then clearly did a check swing with contact button on a ball below the zone on the next pitch but all of a sudden my next guy was up, there were two outs and I was up in the count 1-0. So instead of first and third with three outs it was just a guy on third with two outs. I proceeded to lose the game.

This was the closest I've gotten in the three times I've tried west TA 3 and was pretty pissed but I've run into so many glitches with this game I don't really freaking care anymore.

Anyway, has this ever happened to you? Oh and Veteran difficulty on Showdown mode is not veteran.

I had that happen to me in a Ranked Seasons game last week. I was walked, had no outs, and a runner on 3rd. I should have had runners on the corners, but instead I had a out. Even my opponent sent me message asking what happen.

You can do that playing the CPU. I usually will play 2-3 games that way, then a few conquest games.
