Have you encountered this glitch in the Showdown mode?

I was playing the West team Affinity 3 Showdown boss Orel Hershiser and was trailing 15-12 with 3 outs left guy on 3rd. I worked the count full and then clearly did a check swing with contact button on a ball below the zone on the next pitch but all of a sudden my next guy was up, there were two outs and I was up in the count 1-0. So instead of first and third with three outs it was just a guy on third with two outs. I proceeded to lose the game.
This was the closest I've gotten in the three times I've tried west TA 3 and was pretty pissed but I've run into so many glitches with this game I don't really freaking care anymore.
Anyway, has this ever happened to you? Oh and Veteran difficulty on Showdown mode is not veteran.

You're right about Veteran on Showdown not being Veteran we see in any other game mode. The fact that we get perks alongside it being Veteran, we should be able to destroy these but more often than not, it feels like my dude's are swinging a whiffle ball bat.

I haven’t encountered that, but that sucks.
And this is 100% not veteran. I can’t tell if they just upped the pitch speeds or decreased the timing window drastically, but it’s definitely not veteran.

Well I hope no one else experiences the glitch but I find it hard to believe that I have been the only one.
I don't know why it says veteran but I have to go into it knowing that it's definitely not.

I won 24-1 on HOF earlier when I took a break from the treacherous grind of “veteran” showdown moments. Went back and lost a mini boss vs. Blake Snell Lol. It’s very frustrating but the XP keeps me coming back like a fiend.
Strangely enough I feel like I’ve been getting more perfect/perfects in showdowns than ever before. Multiple hitters in a row which is rare but also had 5/7 hitters get P/P with only two hits for three total bases, in between the hits was a P/P groundout double play. You can’t win sometimes it’s just wild.

I had that happen to me in a Ranked Seasons game last week. I was walked, had no outs, and a runner on 3rd. I should have had runners on the corners, but instead I had a out. Even my opponent sent me message asking what happen.

That was online though where glitches are common and always have been. Showdown mode is offline. The one I was playing just came out though so hopefully the next patch will fix any bugs.
