I noticed that my 4SFB velocity will not increase.

I have the same issue. There were 4 perks that I needed, but they were removed from the market. Maybe that is the problem.

robjforman, they are talking about training progress on pitches. It is not moving over a certain level. One training session will get you to the end of 37 almost at 38 on velo. The next session will start over at the beginning of 37 even though there is no way to lose velo progress in a game.

There is also a skill progression issue. I noticed that my fastball velocity regressed from one training session to the next. I was at 37 almost at 38. I threw only fastballs in my next game with a lot of swings and misses. The next session I was at the start of 37 again.
