Showdown for me = see how many times you can pop out to the catcher or let’s see how many double plays you can hit into

If you’ve maxed out first inning, you must be a day player...because there ain’t no getting on this broken game between 6-11pm central time in the past two weeks

How can a left handed batter, with a very early swing contact, hit the ball to left field?

I finished it in about five or six tries, my key to it was swinging everyone with X, hit a HR with Grisham and then gappers with Tatis and Machado

The Showdown wasn’t that difficult, as someone who had yet to win any showdown yet in this game ( I’ve probably played 20-25 and lost every one)...completed it in first attempt. Went into the final boss needing to score only three runs

I don’t mind the lack of fielding by the pitcher, if we are talking about the shots right back at them. It seems like a couple times a game the pitcher backhands and snags a ball heading for CF, when realistically there are only a small few that should be making these plays. Watching numerous games per season in MLB, you might see a handful of these plays being made. On The Show, this type of play is routine

They’ll extend the 2xp so that those of us who work during the day and can only play in the evenings get nothing out of it

I suck at showdown, have yet to win any of the more than 20 I have played, so I mainly play offline bs cpu or conquest, and do rival exchanges

Unlink your account, then sign back in using just the PS logo, once you open up the game your stuf should be back, at least that’s how I retrieved all of my stuff that had disappeared

Trying to get two XBH with Aguilar is frustrating, basically need to hit two HR because dude is slow as an ice wagon

Last one that I need to complete, seems like I’m able to get three at most in the five games...seems to be a singles machine. I can’t determine whether I’m that bad or this moment is BS

I’m not sure if it’s the game or the PS5 console, but I am also loving the quickness to sim games when taking over hexagons, seems like it less than 3 seconds as opposed to 10+ seconds for each in the past
