I read on a reddit thread that turning up the trades slider would help but that was a lie!!! My agent hasn't shown up since I got called up from Triple A and I'm in my 4th season!!!

After earning program packs not equipment packs they are not visible nor accessible like Ballin packs or MLB The Show card packs!!!
Agent is non existent?
