A user in my league has 8 games played of 72 but it says their trade deadline is in 1 game. Is this a visual bug or something I can fix?

Potentially a stupid question. But are the sliders set for the league or can someone with permissions change their individual sliders gaining an unfair advantage? So Example if I’m commissioner can I change the sliders to give me a boost in contact and power and then everyone else’s sliders stay the same?
