If I wait until the start of Season 3 to begin and complete this mini-season, will the 90k XP count for Season 3?
Yes and no. when season 2 started the other programs that came out right before still gave XP towards the new season but the amounts were reduced by a tremendous amount.
That 90k would likely turn into 10-15k,20 at the most.its what happened at season 2.
IF those HRD/ASG retro cards are part of the ASG collection they did us a favor. If they are not it makes no sense to drop them now except to cipher stubs right before the pack bombardment occurs.

Unless they reverse course its highly unlikely we get a program.
The other two international series were packs and they are particularly Other Program averse so far this year.
But who knows, maybe they will adjust based on feedback.
