(84) Dee Gordon
This times a thousand. I'm hitting nearly .550 with him in a pretty decent sample size. The only gold I plan on keeping for a while.

Goodrum, Hiura, Muncy, Yordan, Sixto, and Luzardo are my top 6. No particular order
I know it's very early but has anybody created a BR Rewards spreadsheet that allows you to see your 12 game reward based on who your 6 game reward is? I know there was one last year.

I will likely be grinding for Salvy since I
Loved his card in ‘20.For a gold though, you can’t beat that Yasmani Grandal card. Switch hitter, with good defense and his swing is one of the best in the game IMO....He’s slow as molasses though if that bothers you on the bases.
Yeah tryna get my catcher up to diamond cause it's my only gold position besides my gold Dee Gordon thats a diamond in disguise. But Wilson Ramos has 2 speed and that's the biggest reason why I need a new one.
@widnerjesse_mlbts said in Who you rocking at Catcher?:
Catcher is the weakest position when it comes to available cards so that is the best place to put my ballplayer and level him up.
Yeah I put my CAP there the last few years at the beginning, I've just gotten kinda bored of it but might be the move still.
I'd go Salvy but never seem to hit well with him. Piazza will probably eventually be my pick for 1st inning but in the meantime I want to upgrade from 84 Wilson Ramos. Who is everyone running behind the plate?

Game just came out...
Yes but the season is a couple weeks old. Obviously the game came out later-- that doesn't (or at least shouldn't) change the timeline of roster updates relative to the actual MLB season the ratings are based off of.
Sorry if this has already been asked but has SDS announced the date for the first roster update? Don't wanna get my coin stack too low from investments if its still 3+ weeks away. Thanks

Both are good. I'm assuming you have Wagner at this point since he comes with a price tag. LS Chapman is relatively inexpensive. They're both really good, so I guess my first question is do you not have room for both in your bullpen?
Didn't like having 3 high velo lefties and was actually considering putting Framber Valdez in as a long reliever. No clue if he's even usable but I was gonna give him a try.
And my third lefty is Crochet fwiw

Any advice? Too poor to get 99 Wagner and I have other things to do before I get 97 Chapman.

Don't know if anyone else has pointed this out but LS Shin Soo Choo is great for the event. Inside edge has him at 84 Contact vs R/84 Power vs R. Not to mention he helps bring the team overall down.
How, power has to be less than 65
Inside edge gave him a big boost but doesn't count towards the event restrictions. His base power is below 65

I just had to vent. Glad to see others feel the same way I do. As much as we complain about this game (rightfully so at times), I don't think anyone really comes close to beating it. People can say 2k, but after a couple months the content makes the game unplayable for those who dont drop big $.
@KarlHungus61 said in I made a mistake:
I did the exact same thing. Started grinding some solos played a few h2h and was not feeling it all. That game has been in decline for a while but I think it’s finally hit rock bottom. I forgot how grueling the solo grind in that game is too. Full game solos this early in the year for some pretty meh rewards. No thanks
But I think the worst part is that those solos might actually have been the most playable part of the game. Online is filled with glitch after glitch that makes bunt cheese and spamming sinkers a welcome sight.
Every year when the football game (which I'd rather not name) comes out, I'm always quick to buy it. It's not that the game is better, but my friends are not baseball fans and I figure its the one of the few we have in common. This year, I did the same thing I always do and left MLBTS to start grinding a NMS football team. After some of the worst gameplay I've ever seen, I realized how lucky I am to have the show. It definitely has its flaws, but not nearly enough of them to convince me to play the other garbage.
@raesONE said in Is Babe playable in LF?:
I mean he's not a gold glover out there obviously, but he sure is better than previous years. Decent arm too. I still play him at 1B though.
I guess I'll go for it. Worst case scenario is Stan becomes a bench bat. Thanks
@TechnologicPR4 said in Is Babe playable in LF?:
Small sample size, but Babe is far better than Stan in LF for me. Stan was a trainwreck in Left for me, now he's my first lefty off the bench.
Oh of course. Stan would be at 1B for me in this scenario. Just wanna know if Babe's defense has cost anyone a game with his defense
If I had Babe and Musial on my team, can Babe make it work in LF?
I'll eventually get Babe to slot at first but right now I face the decision of Harper in RF and Bellinger at 1B or Musial at 1B and Bellinger in RF. Which of these should I go for?
