I think the terminology here makes a difference -- we "collect" the cards to unlock the XP rewards, but then they become un-sellable. Perfectly fine. However, what do you do with cards IRL? You trade them -- some might say "EXCHANGE" them, which is the wording used in both the "EXCHANGE CARDS" tab and in the team affinity rewards. Even aside from the fact we were able to do this in prior years, I think the terminology that SDS picked means we ought to be able to exchange cards once we've used them in collections.
