I realized it when I completed it and it said 5/7 goals completed after the restart.

I went to my rewards and started backing in and out like 7 times ! I told myself “yup Time to hop in forums.” so once we complete 7/7 we can’t keep repeating the conquest map ?

You can.youll get a RIB pack everytime you get all territories. It only counts for the program once.
