So I’m now in my 3rd year of MLB 22 the show and I can’t really figure out the development of the rookies and young players I got is it a certain type of coach I need or do I just got to kinda tweak they attributes I have Joe Maddon as manager Tommy LaSorda and Sparky Anderson as base coaches and David Bell as Farm Director but no matter what I seem to send down to AA or AAA my teams be horrible 
please share any tips
