I have been trying to link my Xbox to my Ps4 for about and hour now and finally figured it out. Then I ran into another problem each time I try to link the account I get an error. That says “An Error Occurred While Trying To Link: Platform Exclusivity!” Can someone please help me. Thank you

I have been trying to link my Xbox One account to my Ps4 for about an hour now I got my Xbox linked and put in the code to link it to my Xbox…But I keep getting an error saying “An Error Occurred While Trying to Link: Platform Exclusivity!” Can someone or SDS possibly help me out. Thank you.
