Is there a roster and ratings spreadsheet available anywhere?

Thank you. I'll give #1 a try first, I haven't started one yet, will likely SIM to this point in the season and hope the digital Braves are doing better than the real Braves!

Can I customize a roster in Player Movement and save it and use in a Franchise? I have been able to do something similar in Madden over the years but never tried it in The Show. I am mainly interested in getting Ozuna off the Braves for another OF. Don't want an abuser on my team.
