Case #: 554810 (email ticket opened May 14, no response yet)
I placed a buy order for a player worth a little over 30,000 stubs, then canceled it from the companion app shortly after. The stubs were never returned to my balance. I checked my transaction history — no completed order for that player — so I didn’t receive the card either. The stubs are simply missing.
I submitted an email ticket on May 14 and followed up on May 21 but haven’t gotten a response beyond the automated confirmation. Hoping someone here can help get this looked at. Happy to provide my PSN ID or any account details needed for verification. Thanks.
