The only things they respond to are problems they've fixed or issues of misunderstanding, no communication on actual problems that are persistent and completely unacceptable in a full price release.
Great you respond to a server issue that has become accepted in modern titles, but zero feedback on road to the show being completely broken (loadout programs not working), and franchise mode unplayable due to outdated rosters, and a broken roster vault.
How is this acceptable in a full price game?
