I have recently been encountering a lot of stick drift. I can hit fine and I wouldn't want to adjust that joystick deadzone. However, I cannot throw a pinpoint pitch to save my life anymore and has caused me to enjoy the game less. So what if under the hitting menu and pitching menu they add a specific deadzone adjustment setting for each.
