When I place a buy order then cancel the order the stubs are not being returned to me. Anybody else running into this?

Has anybody else noticed the XB1 version feels laggy? It seems like it's running at 25 fps or something. On top of that, the conroller inputs seem to be slightly delayed as well.
I have had 0 issues with running the game on my Series X; runs like butter.

I'm having the same issue. Almost feels like it's running around 20 FPS on the XB1. On top of that, when batting, it feels like the PCI is not terribly responsive; feels very jerky.
