I am not able to get into any online game. I have tried BR, ranked, and events and have re-downloaded my app and it still does not work. I realize that this happens when someone backs out of a game but that isnt what is happening for this. Anyone have any fixes?

zero games last year as well, were you IP banned?

I guess I didnt even think about that. I dont think I was banned though. Did it give you a message to say you were banned last year?

I am not. I have heard that could have fixed it but im actually on ps4.

It has been a month and the "Challenge Failed" bug in online matchmaking still exists. Many of us have not been able to play any online games because of this and there has not been a single mention of this from SDS. This is the only game where there is happening I can play online HR derby fine and MLBTS 20 with out any problems. You ask for patience from us but after a month can we at the very least get acknowledgment that is a known issue that is being looked at.
