Mine said up to 5 business days, not weeks. They were opened on 4/28 and 5/4. Haven’t heard a word back from them. Nice to see they under estimated their time by 4 weeks basically. It’s pretty amazing how they didn’t account for more people playing the game. It’s what has caused a bunch of the issues including server issues and support response time.

I have duplicates of Muncy and Santander so I can't complete the Jackie program. I submitted a ticket end of April. Best of luck. I think this is on the back burner for them with all the issues this year.

Yea it looks like it. Sucks that I wasted 200K+ stubs buying the other 42 cards thinking I had everything and locked them in.

Sell then now and make stubs. The market cards will be quicksell price in a month or two. No need to hold onto cards while holding your breath that SDS actually fixes something.

He locked them in to his 42 series collection. He can't sell them

Oh man that sucks I didn't realize he locked them all in already that is a total waste hopefully it gets fixed for him
Affinity reward cards that are needed are no sells. Which makes this missing cards even more frustrating bc you can’t even buy them. I know the pain, Bo Bichette went missing for me. Been waiting since the beginning of the month for a response.

I'm not after a refund or bashing SDS I just want sixto so I can go for the 42 collection.

You can’t buy the card it’s not able to be sold, that’s what makes this issue even more frustrating. Lost my Bo Bichet been waiting since 4/28 for a response from SDS.
