Pausing against computer causes 3-0 count

I just looked it up and you are right, it does not pause the game. I didn't know that until now. Thank you.

Oh wow, I didn't know that lol. I didn't pay as much attention to baseball around pandemic and on until this season. Now I'm back in the game and didn't know they added this. Thank you!

It's a pretty big coincidence then that when this happens the count is exactly 3-0 every single time. You may be on to something though, I didn't know that when you back out to the home screen that the game you're on doesn't pause. That seems a little weird it wouldn't freeze the game until you went back in.

I like your nut job work, this list is awesome! Well, in the sense that someone put it all together.

  • Spring Training Question
  • Brofski_PSNB Brofski_PSN

I'm playing franchise mode spring training. I have been encountering some weirdness and am wondering if I'm just missing something. See my "Pausing against computer causses 3-0 count" post to see some of the weirdness.

    Here is another.

The tied game goes to the 10th inning. I take the field to pitch. Suddenly, before I throw my first pitch, the other team has a runner on 2nd with no outs. Runner on 2nd? Where the heck did he come from?

Does spring training purposely create interesting scenarios for you in order to practice various things? Or does this sound like a bug?

    Thank you for any insight.

Need to clarify, when I say pause I mean on the Playstation going out of the game and into the Playstation home screen. Once I'm there for a bit and then come back to the game, often the batter has a 3-0 count. The last time this happened I went out of the game before my first batter was up in the inning. When I came back I had 2 outs and the batter had a 3-0 count.

I just realized it gives me a 3-0 count as well if I'm batting.

So many times, if I pause and leave the game for a bit, when I come back and I'm pitching, the batter suddenly has a 3-0 count. I'm playing franchise and am in spring training so perhaps that's a feature that can be toggled for practice? Anyone else encountering this?
