Since early release I have yet to be able connect to servers. I’ve tried everything to fix it and get no response from their support. I’ve played the game for 6 plus years and never had this happened. I’ve never had a issue like this with any game ever on PS4. I done what I think is everything to fix it. It’s not my router, not my ISP, I’ve reinstalled the game and still nothing. I am asking SDS for help yet get nothing. I ask for a refund for digital deluxe edition and they refuse to refund me because I played offline franchise mode. Pretty disappointed

I did delete and re-download the game.

I’ve had the game since pre-release, but I have never been able to connect to servers. Not even once. I know the servers are trash, but this seems like something else. I’ve done all the firewall checks, NAT type. Essentially after checking everything, I knows it’s not my router or my internet service provider. Of course I am reaching out to SDS about this and I get basically the same response of, “I’ll send this to some people and look into it”. Anyone else have a problem like this?
