Yep. Ridiculous

@Dolenz_PSN I don't understand how the vault and stadiums work enough to say for certain what will help. I just worry that a lot of people will need to re-draw their logos (which takes a lot more skill than creating a stadium). Like I hired someone to do my logo - but I was able to create my own stadium.

I don't mind paying again, but very few people actually know how to use the Logo creator. So they either need to make it more accessible (in which case we'll get more inappropriate stuff again) or we are going to be overloading the only folks who can make real logos.

@Dolenz_PSN oh yeah, they did clear the stadiums. I built a pretty sweet park that was RIP(ed).
And they did that because some folks figured out a way to build some weird stadium where everything was a home run.
It's just a shame that so many people need to do these types of things...
-Break the stadium creator to put in illegal parks
-Upload inappropriate content to the vault
-Cheat in the game
-Use bots in the marketplace

It's super sad, and all of these things have gotten out of control.

@Dolenz_PSN but even then, there are creators who do logo services and expect their logos to carry over from year to year.
Maybe they just need a team that audits them and removes anything bad. Honestly they can probably even do this with AI.

They just need to figure it out - even if they start fresh, they need a process that prohibits the garbage from going up there.

You know what's kind of funny?

Last year I went the entire game cycle without pulling a single Live Series card selling for more than 15K. It had me wondering if something behind the scenes could impact odds, maybe tied to marketplace activity or something. No clue, just a thought.

Also a few years ago I put in a ticket because my Scouting Report packs weren't showing up. I followed up, heard nothing... and then the next week I randomly pulled 3 Chase packs from standard packs and hit the Chase player (Elly) in all three. Never got a response to the ticket, but the timing was pretty wild.

This year I actually started off hot. Pulled Aaron Judge, Juan Soto, and a couple other good diamonds early. Then my account got caught up in that marketplace bot restriction stuff and it took about a week to fix.

Since then my pack luck has been basically nonexistent. I’ve opened a few hundred packs, probably 40-50 Ballin' packs, and got one diamond which was Junior Caminero.

Not saying anything is definitely going on, but the swings feel kinda crazy. Curious if anyone else has had a similar experience or if this is just RNG doing its thing.

@Dolenz_PSN While I agree that the vault is out of control with inappropriate content, they can't just clear it. Some folks have spent hours, days, weeks, months... developing logos for their teams. They are all drawn piece by piece, so clearing the vault will create a real issue.

I too, am tired of playing these types of people - and I just report them. And SDS does handle it when you report them, as I had one person finding and messaging me on a different account saying I got him suspended (how he even knew I reported him when I never had any messages with him, I don't know).

Right now they have a lot of other issues they are dealing with, and based on how things appear - SDS is significantly short-staffed. Here's to hoping they can hire more people in the future to deal with stuff like the vault, getting back to tickets promptly, etc.

@JenkinMeyer_PSN I literally bought all the cards to get to Maikel... then changed my mind and just relisted them on the marketplace.
If we NEED them, I'll buy them back later.
But for the moment, I am fine to have the WBC the one that I skip. I just wish I didn't already go up to Tatis.

@Onix_Savage22_PSN I was thinking that too - but then it just dawned on me also that you can usually skip 1 card series, right? I have Tatis, but I need a good 30 cards @ roughly 320K stubs to get Garcia. Doesn't feel worth it to me if you're able to skip.

I'm trying to remember how collections have gone in years past. Are we sure that Maikel Garcia will be a requirement for the collection? Or any chance they stop at Tatis?

@GoozeFn_PSN I would follow up on your ticket, and ask for Zoe. Reply to any email you may have gotten. Don't put in a new ticket.

I have only gotten notifications on my phone while I’m actively playing the game. It’s been that way for me since last year.

@SavageSteve74_PSN I mean, that's the marketplace. Be happy you made whatever profits you did when you did while others were erroneously locked out.

@Stinkysman77_MLBTS how were you able to get a hold of them? I get I'm super annoying but this has been going on all week to innocent people. I see some people are getting theirs resolved, but how can it possibly take this long?

@Stinkysman77_MLBTS Interesting. I am talking to several folks on Discord & Twitter that have gotten nothing or just the boilerplate response - yet have been locked out for days. While I appreciate the update from Joe, submitting a ticket has done absolutely nothing.

I'm just going to continue to fall behind, and then at that one point - I'll move my focus to something entirely different and never think about / play this game again.

Do you think I would be coming here asking for account restoration if I was "cheating my fellow gamers"? You clearly have 0 idea who is behind these accounts, but make statements like you have been.

And their "case by case basis" isn't doing anything. No one I know that's been affected this week has gotten any sort of resolution, so they're not actually reviewing anything. Either that, or they truly have no idea how to differentiate between human behavior and a bot, which is alarming. It's a horrible business decision to erroneous restrict & then ignore your high spending, loyal customers.
