For the second year in a row, Face Scan isn’t working. It worked the first time - now trying to scan my face again, and EVERY TIME I try to upload the new photo, it gets stuck at 33% and doesn’t upload. This is the 2nd year in a row! How is this not fixed?!?!
I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded it. I’ve made sure to have good lighting and a quality picture. There has to be some way of fixing this.
Anyone else running into this issue?
