Both are not great options for RS play... Acuna's 51 vision is brutal, and Harper is just not as good as other options (as you mentioned, Walker is the far superior player between the two, but Walker is not an end-game card, Griffey, Mays, Trout & Bellinger are all far superior end-game OF options). If you need an inexpensive corner OF who can hold his own in RS, look no further than PS Arozarena 99, he's free and has solid attributes across the board.

Also if you want a LH power bat off the bench, Yordon Alvarez is an absolute beast.

What’s Rng?

It’s something that bad gamers use to blame their poor gameplay on. While rng exist to a certain extent it does not determine the outcome of a game 99 percent of the time. Rng actually stands for random number generator. I other words it’s the perceived randomness that certain situations have built into the coding of the gameplay engine. For example a good/good input being a pop up to the catcher. Some guys would call that rng. Another example that many use is the walkoff out of nowhere. A player has been playing a certain way and then is rewarded at the end of a game even though their gameplay may not suggest that it should be rewarded. Like I said it a controversial term which does not have much relevance otherwise every gamer would be on the same level thus they would be a .500 player. Hope this helps

I don't have Finest Yaz yet. He's next on the list. My 11 year old son and I have been grinding out all the TA for the Finest cards. We basically buy exchanges until we get to about 210 then we play the map for each team. Its been a fun and laborious grind, but I get to see his love of baseball grow while we play. Its been a blast for us. We have 20 teams down.

Awesome you can enjoy this game with your son. Yaz's speed is lacking but other than that he is even better than I thought he'd be.

I would strongly suggest doing some Run It Back showdowns. Takes less than an hour. Quick way to farm some pretty decent players, or you can sell them for at least 30K a pop.

The Postseason (Seager) program is a great start. Some easy moments and missions you can do while playing conquest. Team affinity is next, stages 3 and 4 have very good players. Many of the exchanges can be done cheaply as there are lots of high diamonds with a 6000 or lower buy order price.

If you simulate games in the calendar it does not autosave. I think it only autosaves when you finish a game you actually played and return to the menu.

Have to choose it before you start you season.

Showdowns are screwy. I can do AL Central, NL Central and AL West, but the other 3 stomp my guts. Tried the NL west 2 times last night and couldn't get past Yates either time. Its entirely because I couldn't beat 2 of the 3 blue challenges, so my team wasnt good enough. I really hate them and hope they do make them easier, because it is frustrating. Just try to be selective, wait for your pitch. They do wear down and will pitch around the batters. Especially the 8 hole even if you pinch hot for your pitcher.

That works for final boss, I have come to the conclusion that the final Bosses are easier than the others. My problem is getting there. Sure I could skip, but that's a huge deficit. If I can get to 8 I'm good, but 2 or 3 is too much. I [censored] near beat one starting at 4.

Just not enough outs to beat that 2nd boss on All Star most of the time and like I said I can't seem to beat 2 if the first 3 of NL west to have a good enough team to beat Yates the first boss.

Then again it maybe just me, I was playing MTO yesterday on Veteran and failed more times than I ever had. I am actually hitting worse now than I was a couple weeks ago.

I have trouble bouncing around from all the difficulty setting. Usually takes a game or two to lock back in.

Yes, pitch speed difference is dumb for this type of mode.
