@dmc04005_PSN see I completely understand you. That’s why I wish there was a setting where I can change it. You can still have the fast play set and I can still enjoy the offline Diamond Dynasty and still feel immersed

@bostondirtdog21_PSN meter still feels more comfortable to me too. And I’m ok when it hangs a pitch because I know I completely messed it up haha

Listen, before I begin I completely understand that people want a faster game. As someone that rarely plays online I agree too. But as for playing offline in an online game mode, I have a couple requests.

1- first time I’ve played since July, when did the replays and the franchise mode feel get taken away? One of the few things I enjoyed about that mode. Hopefully in 25 there can be a settings option where I can turn on “broadcast” feel instead of “fast play”. Wish you could do a setting also for Playing vs CPU. Some of us that aren’t online play all the time like the immersion

2- I was hoping to have a 9 inning style of a mini season as well. I personally dislike the 3 inning games. I understand why it’s a thing but it’s not baseball to me. Again with the immersion, it’s just something that fits right. I know I’m in the tiniest of minorities with this but I think it would be fun to have

3- Real stats for the cpu teams. Last night I had a game where the announcer goes “Here’s Jackie Robinson. He leads the team in RBI” and I hit R2 to see and he has 0 RBI thru 5 games. Next batter up says they have 4 RBI but a .045 average. Idk how you get a .045 avg thru 5 three inning games haha just wish there was some sort of consistency

@fubar2k7 if NBA 2k can find a way to get everyone to do a 5v5, I’m sure MLB and SD studios can find a way to make it where at least 1 team is everyone in the field is playing online

LETS ADD TO IT… the game just had my team trade our All-Star closer FOR ANOTHER OUTFIELDER. None of the outfielders are injured or have been called up. What is the need for collecting hitters in positions that are already filled??? Now my team has 5 bullpen arms. None over 80 overall… we are the wild card leaders and 3 games out of first in the division. What kind of logic is this?????

I’m hoping it’s fixed going into the game a month away but the RTTS trade logic needs an overhaul. The amount of times the team need is ignored in a trade is too [censored] high. For example, team needs relief pitching in the worst way (has two starters in the bullpen, 5 bullpen arms). Instead they keep trading for hitters even though the team has no injuries. I finally got my team to trade me in RTTS, and I get sent to a team with 5 OF’s over 83 overall (I’m at 95). Meanwhile the player I was traded for was a 95 overall SS. My old team now has 4 SS with overalls of 95, 91, 89 and 89. There are literally 2 players (the 89’s) that never get an at bat and only one of them pinch runs occasionally (16 game of pinch running in 3 seasons!!). Meanwhile the team that I was traded to (with the 5 OF over 83) JUST TRADED FOR AN OVERALL 74 OUTFIELDER!! Like what is this logic?? I don’t get it

I spent 10 hours building a stadium yesterday, I go in and make one minor change, hit save and go to mess around with home run derby, now the stadium I spent all day making is a template stadium???? Even though the picture of the save file is the stadium I had built? What gives? How do I get it back without having to sit here all day remaking it????

I’ll start with saying I love playing RTTS. I have been for years, since I’ve been playing on PS3 as a kid. That being said I really miss the old days of RTTS. If I wanted to create my player as a speedy high contact skilled defensive player, let me do that. If I want high contact and 50 power, let me set my stats to that. Having this preset choosing three options doesn’t feel right. I personally want to create my own Ricky Henderson/ Kenny Lofton. I technically can’t because two of the three option’s include high power. Just please let us have back the option of setting which stats we want again.
Next thought is please get rid of having boosts on items like bat, cleats, arm pads etc. I get you want us to “pay stubs” for these things. So why not if I want my player to wear all Nike, I can choose that? Pay for the item itself. I don’t want to have my player wearing an arm sleeve, but it helps my RTTS guys arm stats. It stinks that if I want my player to be good I have to wear these items. I just want to throw on some air Jordan cleats and speed around the bases. Instead to try and get my guy and semblance of speed I need to wear high socks (especially socks that don’t match any of the jerseys) and put on Adidas cleats because they have the highest speed and steal attributes.
Speaking of stealing, are we ever going to adapt the new pickoff rules? I’m tired of taking a lead and getting thrown over 4 times between pitches. Sometimes the CPU tries to pick me off before the animation for the original lead is even finished!! That’s gotta get fixed because it slows the game down so much.
Going back to the “stubs” thing, why can’t we get more stubs for playing games in RTTS? In NBA 2k you at least get VC equivalent to your current in game contract. If I’m in year 7 making 20 million a year I should be getting more than 5 stubs a game.
Sorry these next couple bleed into Diamond Dynasty, but why can’t our current RTTS player be playable in DD? Why can’t we get a card from each season that we complete in RTTS of said player. Give a future stars version of the player (like it currently is at 65), give one each year as your attributes progress. I’d love to play diamond dynasty with my RTTS player at my current overall.
I don’t feel like these requests are too overzealous and could be easy fixes to the current game itself now. If any of the devs are reading this far I thank you but please, let us the player have more control of our player. Thank you

I know we don’t want it to be like NBA 2k based but you should be getting more than 5 stubs per game played. Especially if your player is making X million dollars. Like if my guy signs a contract for $20+ million a year, we should be able to make a few thousand stubs per game played

I wish they can make an update where I can wear the teams stance socks instead of these weird looking socks that don’t look great with our uniform. Hell I don’t mind paying 20k in stubs for them if it gives me the +7 boost like the other ones do.
