Has SDS even acknowledged the fact that it's been screwing so many players like myself that give a lot of their time playing or placing orders?

I pulled a 98 Finest Sizemore and a 91 Live Ramirez out of regular The Show packs within 3 days of each other.

I just made it to 75 which was the NL WEST Future of the Franchise Choice Pack a little over 525,000. I was looking at it all wrong thinking that at 70 it was more All Stars of the Franchise packs when instead the Future packs started. Would of made a couple of different picks if I had payed more attention. Oh well I have enough stubs to get the cards that I might be still interested in. Was supposed to go to server maintenance at 7est but when I got off at like 7:01 still no maintenance and the update was ready to be downloaded so false information there. I finished exactly at 7 no maintenance but an update.
