I agree the central always seems to be to goto, however I’m 0-3 on the west. Was chasing Bagwell an just gave up bc the moments are too difficult. And I’m a 70% success rate at showdowns.

He’s been my starting SS thru this event and I’m hitting around .333 BA. I like his swing and he’s exceeding expectations, just haven’t made the choice to start him in RS yet.

I took JRam first also but he is no longer in the lineup. Thames for me has been a monster, MVP on the team even over Mantle. But your right, his versatility is nice

I’m not a great hitter, he was my 2nd best choice after Sandberg but since acquiring the prestige path Posey, I don’t think I’ll ever substitute him as catcher. Not many homers but he is clutch in those RISP AB’s. Good opposite field gap shots for D’s between the 8 & 9 off Righties

You say you play on a Samsung game mode right? I do too. However I renamed my hdmi input to PC which I find a little more precise then game mode although the graphics take a hit

Paper rock scissors. Guess your OP pitch and location and lay off everything else. On x/2 counts cover 1/2 the plate and don’t mind striking out looking. IMO striking out looking is better then chasing balls

Yes, getting this collection card IS going to be a huge grind. Some of you guys are underestimating how much this card will cost

Quite a few are overestimating it as well though. It isn’t going to cost THAT much more than the LS collection. People that were buying cards in anticipation of this are going to be in good shape

Depends on the requirements and what cards you already have really. Do you have the LS done? Because most of the allstar cards are found in there. 1 million stubs with half legends/flashbacks and the live series might be enough

Yes LS completed. I guess my question since I skipped last year is “was Honus” worth the stubs? If I can’t cover at this point I might avoid this all together

What would be cool IMO is if they have a flashback/legend collection & TA collection at the same time so a choice had to be made by most players. A 3rd option in there would be even better but that is stretching

I've never had disconnect issues when using ethernet. Lately what feels like only when I'm winning (7-0 just now) I "lose connection" with my opponent. But it brings me right back to the game screen without my network dropping. Anyone else experiencing this? What's the deal?

THIS. I dropped over 100 points in RS today from losing connection. I’ve played on a wired connection for years on my PlayStation and on my PC and NEVER lose connection in any other games but for some reason I disconnect a whole lot in the show. It’s frustrating

@hunchoputt there are a few users that can DDoS attack around WPA2. Happened to me once but the game will freeze and you will get “game forfeited” due to time running out. No network error message.
