I remember when I first found this forum. It was probably back in 2011-12ish. The mods and devs were all over the forums communicating, listening. It was a very positive relationship with SDS.
Then DD took off and the communication stopped. So obviously that relationship is going to dwindle. I think when Ramone basically mocked consumers on a live stream is when the communication went from very little to none at all.
If SDS sees this, we just want communication. That you’re aware of the issues and working on them or even just say, we currently don’t know how to fix that and apologize. But leaving us in the dark forever (even over minor tickets submitted) is going to make your consumers turn on you.
The only communication anymore is… here’s your content! Completely ignoring complaints and requests.
What, Collin popping in once a week to pat himself on the back for doing the bare minimum by reading “almost” everything or comment on a cards facial hair isn’t enough communication for your liking?

Now up to 4 weeks of no access to my DD squad + no reply to the ticket regarding this error.
Tried reinstalling more than once as well as someone else suggested, but I think that was working for a different type of error. -
Update looks great, however it has not fixed the "Squad Not Found" Error some of us have.
3 weeks now not being able to play ANY Diamond Dynasty content and zero response to a ticket or update on this. -
Now up to 3 weeks of no access to my DD squad.
I know I'm not the only one that has this going on as I get dm's here and on reddit asking if it's been fixed yet.
Would be nice to know what is going on! -

I put in a ticket over two weeks ago about my squads disappearing that has locked me out of being able to play any diamond dynasty content since 4/19. It has not been resolved & I haven't heard from them for about 2 weeks now.
Pretty upsetting for a game I have over 100$ into (DD preorder + some stubs during early access to get my collection flipping started)
My ticket was in the 51500 range, browsing reddit etc, it seems the ticket #'s are well over 70000 now, good luck. -

Has anyone had a fix or a reply yet? I’ve tried getting a hold of support but to no avail as I imagine many of you have as well. Trying to stay patient and not get irritated by this really sucks.
Had a ticket in for over two weeks, no action. Only reply was asking me if I linked my account - that was 10+ days ago.
I have not seen any replies to this issue here the subreddit or on twitter to any of the others that are having this occur.
I'm now at ~17 days of not being able to play anything related to diamond dynasty. Got lucky and pulled Trout during early access and now I am massively behind, not to mention all of the content /rewards I have missed out on.

Now up to 11 days of this.. Next to zero response to my ticket other than asking if I linked my account.
On the bright side I've had plenty of time to use the market and collect most of the live series cards.Would be nice if I could actually play DD and use my cards though.
Lack of replies on my ticket so far is very disappointing. -

- We recently deployed some server side updates that reduced the number of "server exception" errors players were seeing. We will continue to monitor and prioritize server stability as we move forward.
- We have server maintenance scheduled for 4 AM PT on Tuesday 4/27 (tomorrow). If all goes according to plan, this maintenance will include a fix to the unlinking issue that users have been reporting to us here on the forums.
- And yes, we have a game update in the works. I can't go into details, but it includes many fixes to reported issues and more. Stay tuned for more info.

Pretty ridiculous that I've had 1 response to my account ticket in the past week and it was only to ask me if I've linked my account.

You’re telling me that they can’t get one person to take five minutes and communicate what’s going on? Heck they can do it on their [censored] break while on the toilet.
Do you realize what it takes for a company to release a public statement? It needs a meeting to discuss what to put it in then it needs to be written then it needs to go through the review process and then signed off on. It's not some dude taking 5 minutes to tell the twit dude to post something.

Most reasonable devs have community managers on their forums/Twitter.
Something a little more interactive than “LoL fill out a ticket & we might get back to you next week” would be nice.
