Ive been having the same problem since launch. I'm on xbox and using a wired connection, and all my other online games work perfect. I have not been able to play any online diamond dynasty modes thus far for mlb the show 21. Instead I just keep getting the "challenge failed" messege after it says ive found an opponent. Ive contacted sds numerous times with this problem and havent heard back besides the email saying theyve recieved my email about the issue. It would be nice if they would say that theyre at least working on the problem but no such luck yet as far as that. I think we need to get more people talking about this issue because it seems to be effecting many mlb the show 21 players. We should ALL be able to play the show online not just a portion of players. Especially players that are so loyal to this franchise.
