Ya last year i went with Honus, Tatis, and Home Run Derby Cano actually. Lots of pop from the left side.

Honestly i thought this was easier than some of the other showdowns. First play through i beat it, and don't think i was under 10 outs when finishing. Also didnt play the moment before the final against Sale.

Just be patient and get their pitch counts up, it definitely helps. Keep plugging away.

Moral of this story is don't sleep on the rewards. Between the packs, stubs, possible exchanges for more stubs and xp you'll recoup a lot of what you spend.

I went all in on silvers, sold back my golds and diamonds as I went because you can buy more silvers than the exchange value those other cards give.

Don't forget to stretch your hands/thumbs cause you've got a lot of stick work ahead of you, but you've got this

These are the last two I need as well to complete live series. I have been waiting since the stub sale thinking they were going to go down after the event. Here's to hoping they come back down a bit, but I am not sure it happens.

Tie game in the 11th. Bunt single, bloop over my first basemen. double steal, then 2 straight suicide squeezes with lightning Didi, and someone else. This game is really fun sometimes. Definitely didn't want to spike my controller or anything.

You actually can by releasing high rated flashbacks and legends instead of these cards. And it’s not about money. If these were all flashbacks (that’s SDS already has rights too) the community would’ve been very happy about it.

Then you would get people complaining that the card they bought (insert specific player) just got a way better card and now mine is obsolete. You can't make everyone happy.

I got like 4-6 from some of the pre-release streams like the dev tourney and maybe 2 or so from the feature streams.

I've been getting like 1...maybe 2 per players tournament session lately.

lol I can't think of a bigger loser for trashing people for something like this. If people want to watch a certain person play what does it matter to you.

Personally not for me(although I have been watch Hoskins being a phillies fan) but to each their own.

I had 2 people quit on me last night too... one pre first pitch and one after his first batter.

EA does it for NHL as well. If you are in the game you get a 99 version of yourself, whether you are in the NHL, AHL, or even the Junior leagues (OHL,WHL,QMJHL)

I have Baez and Schmidt routinely boot 3 hop ground [censored] to them. Sometimes they recover to still get the out, but it is infuriating when it becomes bang-bang and the runner ends up being safe.

“Take a break” like we aren’t on lockdown. Hilarious. Funny how I manage to hangout with my girlfriend, do my college work, workout at home and watch Netflix and still have everything done in dd. When you’re good at the game, you beat things pretty fast bud.
