Riiiiight, because there’s nothing wrong with the fielding and everyone is happy with it. Go give your same advice on how to catch a pop fly to all the players who have posted videos that show how broken it is. See how that works out for ya.
Or better yet, tell SDS to halt their current plans to fix fielding.
They’ll announce hidden players when they need to retain players. Like when the new Madden and other games release.

A game that rewards user input on a regular basis instead of trying to simulate everything? That sounds like a game I would drop this one for.
How bad this game would be, worse than it is now, if everyone acted like the players who stick up for it. There would be no reason for them to make it better if we were all in denial and acted like there was nothing wrong.
Hopefully they fix this game and then those players can thank us for showing them what’s wrong. They sure ain’t doing anything themselves to make it better.

I clearly said I lost one of the showdown MOMENTS or whatever you want to call them leading up to the boss. Reading and comprehension go great together.

The mode is not out to get you. You are not being targeted. The “fairness” is equal across all players. It is quite simple if your a patient hitter and wait for your pitch. Line outs happen. Hendricks shut me down once without a run scored. But showdown is the most productive offline mode for my time. (XP, stub profit, TA players) it’s all fair man I hope stage 2 is much harder
Wait for your pitch huh? That’s cool until a good-ok or perfect-perfect line out multiple times. Waiting for your pitch doesn’t apply in a game controlled by rng. It’s throwing dice and hoping for the best.

Sure, take away all stub rewards from every aspect of the game. I’m sure you’d still defend them for doing that, just going off your track record.
It's a simple question Ryan, if the stub entry goes away how do you balance it properly? do you have to play every mission then? does every mission then become a restart run if failed? If there's no stub cost people could just skip the final boss every time with no consequence for losing. If there's no stub cost you could just continually redraft with no consequence. You make your stubs back by what? beating the first boss?

Until you fix this game. Just lost a showdown moment because my 2nd basemen couldn’t catch a routine pop up.
Why should I have to pay stubs when your game is incredibly broken or it’s intended to be this way to force players to lose?

I also play 2K MyTeam and I can confidently say the show is the best experience.
Are you saying this current version of The Show is better than those games? What we have right now is REALLY bad so those other games must be REALLY REALLY bad.
I regret buying this game. I hate how I don’t feel in control of anything during the game.

19 should be in your library. You can re download it and all your stuff will still be there.
Pitching: Pitches go wherever the game decides.
Hitting: Like throwing dice at the Casino.
Fielding: Errors, not at my fault either.
Base running: My guys make the stupidest decisions. Any way to control them better?
The whole simulation thing is too much and shouldn’t be this much of a factor when playing a video game. I bought this game to have fun win or lose and honestly I watch real baseball on TV when I want to see real baseball. When I play a video game I want to be in control, not sit there and watch it try to simulate everything for me.
I’m willing to bet the BS will be at an all time high next year when they go multi platform and will try to get all the brand new players hooked on the game.

You say it like it's a bad thing that a company would like to keep casual players engaged and wanting to keep playing. Matchmaking the more experienced players together and the less experienced players (the "bad" ones) is how most online games work and there's nothing wrong with that.
It’s a bad thing when the game purposely screws you over to favor your opponent in an attempt to keep them “engaged”.
