If you are going to make every mode forced to be online, the least you can do is make sure the servers work two weeks after launch. Jesus Christ AOL Online has better connections then this game.

AOL is also an ISP. It should be better. You should try to throw a different analogy out there.

I should have been more specific. I am referring to vintage dial up AOL. That good stuff back in the day where you wait 30 minutes for the connection and pray to whatever God you believe in that it would work. Good times.

I knew what you were referring to. My point was that comparing SDS to companies that specialize in internet and server management is silly.

What’s silly is your entire point. Who cares if his analogy is off, did it matter that much to your day that it needed to be corrected?

They’ve been working well for last day and a half. Hopefully this just a hiccup and all this is just a bad memory soon.

The fact that your post got triple posted speaks volumes about the servers in general.

Lol yea the site struggling too. Forum going down in an hour we know that.

You think that’s a coincidence? They are taking these down for maintenance because they don’t want to hear all of us complaining.

Just wanted to chime in with an update:

• We recently deployed some server side updates that reduced the number of "server exception" errors players were seeing. We will continue to monitor and prioritize server stability as we move forward.
• We have server maintenance scheduled for 4 AM PT on Tuesday 4/27 (tomorrow). If all goes according to plan, this maintenance will include a fix to the unlinking issue that users have been reporting to us here on the forums.
• And yes, we have a game update in the works. I can't go into details, but it includes many fixes to reported issues and more. Stay tuned for more info.

Are we going to get any new updates as to why I haven’t been able to get online at all in the hand the past 45+ minutes? This has got to be one of the biggest fails ever. Stop being so effing cheap and invest in the technology that is needed to run this appropriately. You know [censored] well what it takes because you fail at it every year. Nobody can be that stupid. So you must be cheap. Fix it now or start refunding all our money. This is starting to look like a class action more and more every day...
