Hello everyone,
I recently submitted a support ticket 6/12/26 regarding an account suspension. I received an initial response from support, replied with additional questions, and later sent a follow-up request, but I have not yet received another response.
I understand support teams can be busy, but I was curious if anyone has recently dealt with a similar situation and how long it took to receive a follow-up reply.
I’m not looking to debate the suspension itself. I’m simply trying to determine whether longer response times are normal for these types of tickets or if I should continue waiting.
