On Xbox I've had to delete the reserved data for MLB The Show everytime I create a new loadout or unlock a new tier of archetype. Literally have to start over ever step of the way. Disgustingly poor game design, but what more can you expect from a bunch of San Diego d-bags

Go to "Manage game and add-ons" after pressing start while hovering over MLB The Show on your xbox menu. Then delete the 1 GB reserved data, not your user profile data. When you load the game up again click the Joe Random on the bottom. Then select start a new career.
