Despite my terrible record at showdowns, I beat both the big dog and intense extreme showdowns then won my first game in mini seasons.
But best of all my Covid test showed negative. This after a week and a half that started with two days in the hospital.
So it’s been a fantastic day.
I got the game after PS Plus offered it, and one thing I wanted was the Tony Gwynn 99 card. I grinded it out today. The Shohei Ohtani 99 came out after I'd started on Gwynn, and I wasn't sure I'd be able to do it because of the 50 steals. But I did. Thanks to all of you here who gave me tips on the stealing. I'm still not great at it, but I managed to conquer this one. 
Wish SDS would fix this.

It would most likely be the Indians or Red Sox. He's in the HOF for both. I Haven't looked at the card yet. If you put him on your squad and highlight him it should show what uniform he is wearing.
I’ve been meaning to suggest they add the team logo to each card. It would make things easier that way.

2009 I was a 6 year old so I didn’t get to stay up and watch the full game. Ironically enough, 2010-2011 was around the years I started watching every Yankee game. I’m now 18 and haven’t gotten to watch my team win a World Series.
Every year it’s the same thing, the same pain and heartbreak. Y’all act like all Yankee fans are spoiled, and it’s just not true. I’m an adult now and haven’t seen my team do anything important in the playoffs live. It’s the same heartbreak every single year.

I should have figured that there would be something in the works for all the Negro League cards and I'm glad it finally happened. I briefly tried it today after getting it last night and it's a kick.
Again, SDS, thanks for this. Also thanks for the storylines, both the NL and the Jeter. If there were video game Academy Awards, they'd get an Oscar.

No. SDS announced that November was going to be the final month, but that the moments wouldn't expire so everyone would be able to complete the program and earn all previous rewards.
Then they only gave us enough points to get 36 out of 37 on the program....
This is literally the icing on the cake. SDS has literally failed at everything this year. Yeah, they put out cards (they're supposed to) but everything else has been pure cr@p.

I think conquests are worth it for the XP and also for the hidden packs. You get some very nice packs hidden in those conquests.
Anyone having trouble getting into the game besides me?
Got one in a Headliner pack. Love it.

Just started the game and noticed several changes. For one, the XBH was working again on Moments. (For the last couple of weeks, hitting a home run was the only way to get an XBH.) And my pitching settings were changed. Beyond that, the jukebox seems to be working. I’ve had the music turned off.
What happened??
Would love to see Pablo back. Missed him first time around.

Yeah, SDS can always update the game. And I wouldn’t be surprised if we see updates through the season. Remember we haven’t had the DH at all in the game before. So a little longer wait won’t hurt. My best wishes to SDS as they get this done. I hope they at least address some of the concerns we have a little so we know what we can possibly expect. SDS has quite a job ahead of them. And thank you guys at SDS for all you do.

Yeah the first 27 years of my life as a Red Sox fan were pretty rough.
But the last 17 years have been pretty sweet!
I was a Bostonian by birth. Attended games at Fenway in the ‘50s and heard Curt Gordy call the games. The first Series victory in my lifetime made me cry. And my Dad was here to see it.
