Does anyone know what this means it just came out of nowhere and won’t let me play

I think it’s wild that I won 31 games and never got my card. Idk if it was a glitch but I’m one win away from the moonshot event I’m not gonna get Sheffield if I don’t have to. I just want my card!

I’m deff legit lol. I pulled a diamond trout just the one you put in team collections. I had 3 I sold 1 I locked one into the teams collection and have one left that isn’t non sellable and every time I try to sell it it says it’s in one of my lineups. Can’t even get them to answer me. On top of that I played the last event won 27 games and never got my Sheffield card. sent them a message and they give me one word answers and never message me again. It’s so frustrating

Someone please explain to me how trout is in none of my lineups or anything. No mini seasons, no battle royal, no events or in my main squad but won’t let me sell him he isn’t non sellable either

I did my face scan days ago and it says it was in a que and waiting and I been waiting days I tried again today and it still didn’t work. Anyone have this?

Why doesn’t it show the batter stats anymore when you press the right trigger on the controller? Use to tell the batting average, how many hrs and such. Now the only place I see it is when you pause
