I like to use the app during the day when I have time and buy a WHOLE BUNCH of 77 players at 125 or less... typically i'll by about 200 of them. Then I'll exchange them (6 per) for gold cards, and sell the gold cards. ON that 25k I can usually make 5k. If I can do that 3 times during the day i'll profit 15k a day at work.

Any news, leaks, or guesses? They will surely be useable cards.

I have played A LOT and i have still not yet unlocked Scott Rolen, let alone Ted or Bautista. I didn't finish the live series until early July. Making the grind more difficult will run off A LOT of people who don't have 12 hours a week to put into this game. Some players just want to get a card in a couple hours on a Friday night and use him for a couple games that weekend in Ranked.

@Teak2112_MLBTS If a RF card comes along that puts Dave Parker on the bench it will be the best card ever created in the history of the game. The Cobra smashes for me and as a diamond defender he's probably 2nd behind Beltran for team MVP. LOVE HIM.

If you find a monitor that will keep me from slamming my PCI let me know!

@ref479ode_PSN Hard for me to say on the Utley pull with any validity but I do recall most if not all of his home runs being yanked into RF.

Also a guy last weekend hit an absolute f*()*ng NUKE off of me 400 ft into RF with Utley on a 102MPH Billy Wagner FB that was right in the up and out corner. I have no idea on earth how he pulled that ball.

I play so much I don't really worry about sandbagging XP for the innings. I probably hit the wheel a dozen times or so this season. I spend the week practicing and powering up any new additions to my lineup. I'm only able to play ranked on the weekends typically so i like to play HoF offline during the week to work on my PCI placement and timing while knocking out programs, mini seasons, or conquests here and there.

I don't hit a ton of HR and rack up stats but I don't want my eye and timing to get screwed up on rookie or vet because I'm old and suck. haha.

I’m running Carlos Correa at 3rd and Ryne Sandberg/Chase Utley at second. With all the incredible 99s out there I can’t imagine dropping over 100k on a card for my lineup unless I just had a ton of stubs and didn’t really care where they went.

That being said I’m saving up for potentially buying Jimmy Rollins.

@RAisEdByGoAt_XBL Wow... i hadn't considered that the player pool would be shrinking and impacting rankings and competition. Makes a lot of sense and really makes me feel better. haha. I still really like playing online so i'll just keep working to get better and hopefully be able to make WS next year.

I've gone from 657 to 245 since last weekend. I'm getting low and inside breaking balls spanked 450 feet by players in the 300s or they are taking every borderline pitch with the eye of Tony Gwynn. It's insane. I don't know if I'm doing something different or what but it feels like no matter what I try i'm getting spanked.

@Teak2112_MLBTS if I hadn't used my stubs to invest in players (and honestly got really lucky) i would still be trying to finish live series. I finished about 5 weeks ago though by finally having enough stubs to buy Witt, Lindor, and Judge.

My only wish every year is a new engine updated for the next gen consoles instead of the same graphics since like 2017.

If I run into someone doing it, and it's not often, I just wait for them to stop their foolishness. I'm not typically a quick pitcher anyway so I think there are some who just do it out of frustration to try to screw up my delivery.

There are so many SP options. He's solid in my lineup but if you can pitch you'll be fine.
