When adding a free agent onto the team, you negotiate the contract and they accept it. Then you change the pitching rotation (it was a pitcher purchased). When you go back in the game, that entire transaction disappears and goes back to the original lineup prior to the free agent acquisition.

Had the same issue. Tried Sony, tried SDS nothing. Then when finally speaking to Sony they said to try and see if by clicking on the game purchase if it pops up there. Stupidly I did and I wound up getting charged for a second version. Connected with SDS and they said it is not their issue it is a Sony issue. Ping Pong. Meanwhile all of this is because SDS' roll-out was a mess. Tried proposing what I think is a reasonable solution to the mess but have been ghosted by SDS ever since.
Game = Great
Customer Service = Lousy
