@dpsheridan17 this is exatly what it shows for me but the weird thing is that my account was fine i had it linked without issue for a couple days until yesterday i played a event game online and after i lost stuck in a blank loading screen, i thought this is unusual so i closed app when i loaded back in everything wiped as if i have never played the game, even made me accept tos again which i had to do to make sure my team was still there (but when i look my team was not there) SDS fix this issue

@Victor_SDS Both my accounts linked say level 1 or 0 and 0 stubs as if they both got completely wiped i played 9 ranked seasons game i actually even have the gamer tag and exact time of someone i played in battle royal there has to be some record of my old team playing in your servers/system meaning theres has to be a way to get my team back.

My issue is similar but i haven't met anyone whose had this happen after a game. i finished an event game i lost my opponent walked it off but i didnt mind as i had completed the final egg challenge for yelich. I wait and eait for the game to load but im stuck on a white screen with the loading baseball on the bottom left for an unusually long time. like any normal person i close app there is nothing on the line, the game was already finished. when i open the game back up to my surprise everything was gone it asked me to sign the tos again and when i go to dyamond dynasty i have a starter team with the starter challenges like do a moment ect. someone let me know if you have found a fix i had a pretty good team and put quite a bit of hours in this game i had played 9 ranked seasons games surely theres some way to get my team back
