    Constant freezing in co op
  • awesomeguy764_PSNA awesomeguy764_PSN

I went a lot deeper in this topic in the co op mode itself, but the game is pretty much unplayable unless your willing to sit for hours trying to get lucky and get in a game once every 10 attempts or so.

Whats more frustrating is once you connect with a team, you are most likely going to be frozen at the lineup screen, if you get lucky there, it is guaranteed to freeze midgame. Actually completing a 6 inning game is almost impossible, I only completed one in 2 days of trying.

I see a lot of potential for co op, there are some other problems I discussed in the co op topic, but if the developers want us to test the game, we must be able to connect properly first.

  • Co op freezes in lineup screen, gameplay and usually can't connect

I understand that its a tech test which is why there will be a lot of errors. However, it is almost impossible to play coop in general right now. Majority of the time, I would get in a 3v3 with players, but immediately kicked out because of lost connection or somebody left the team.

I don't know if people just leave because they aren't captain, or if they are randomly getting kicked out as well.

If I manage to get with a team of 3, the next biggest challenge is the lineup screen, majority of the time, it freezes and doesn't allow you to advance to the game, most of the time I cannot leave the game unless I close the entire application.

If I was able to get in a game and play, which usually happens 1 out of every 5-10 attempts, it would start off pretty good, as it's a lot of fun and a new experience, however the game randomly freezes, or if the other team is losing they would just immediately leave the game. I know SDS cannot control the second part, but it makes it incredibly frustrating when you can barely find games to begin with.

Overall experience when playing the game, it is a lot of fun and I really enjoy it when I get a chance to play. Over the last 2 days I roughly got to play on 5 games in a couple of hours, which is not that much comparing to how fast people quit.

My only concern for the long term is the motivation to keep playing it, since its one of the main modes in the tech test, and is new, I played it a lot. However when the actual game comes out, since I heard there would be no rewards in this mode, there is no incentive to play it. I would really recommend for their to be small missions, not anything sweaty like ranked seasons, but maybe like an alternative coop mission you can do instead of playing a boring CPU game on all star in player programs.
