Enough is enough. No response to my ticket claim. Love the game over the years and have put some money into it having fun. I respect it....and deserve the same respect as a customer. I’ll be filing claims if I don’t hear back by EOB.

Woke up to a Resident Evil4/5 purchase. I definitely did not make or do I play this game.
