Anybody having issues exchanging showdown vouchers?!?! Every time I try to do it it just freezes?

How?!? My code finally redeemed but I can’t find my stuff anywhere.

Nobody knows. I'm waiting to call Microsoft. This is ridiculous though.

I called Microsoft this morning. The lady said they know about the issue. To try again in 24 hours an call back. I could barely understand her. She also didn’t seem to really know what’s going on.
