Yes same thing happened to me too. Looks like hundreds of people have reported it so far based on the complaints here, in twitch streams, on discord, and on Twitter. You’re pretty much screwed. I reported it as well and got the typical “no response...everything’s fine here” from SDS on a game breaking bug. LITERALLY what’s the point of playing if you can’t even track XP correctly!?

Nope you’re screwed. Happened to me too around 910k. Hundreds of reports on it...typical response on a game breaking bug.

The only thing I thought of doing is trying to grind as much as possible to get up to the future packs again. Least I can do is try to save 30k per card towards the collection I guess? I’ll probably get screwed either way though.

This also just happened to me too. Was at about 910k xp. Jumped into RTTS and realized I was at level 1 again. All my challenges and collections still show complete though, I just don’t have the xp for them. I reported it...but with only 2 days left, I’m willing to bet we’re better off pounding sand than expecting a response

No OP is correct...the moment completion XP is NOT being awarded for faces of the franchise moments. I can confirm that the only XP added to the total xp is whatever is gained during the moment. The “reward for completing it” xp IS NOT added. I put in a ticket for this but nothing has been stated yet as far as I know from SDS that addresses it.

Also if you back out of DD, and enter in the moments section down below, you will notice it says “all available xp has been awarded” even for moments that are NOT completed. I have not hit the xp cap for the day either so it’s not that. I clearly says in the program menu you should be getting xp for those moments
