What is the problem with the pinpoint pitching on Xbox the last 2 days it's terrible and makes it impossible to play fix it asap

Why is the hitting such a disaster in all of the game play its absolutely terrible it makes the game awful to play even in franchise or just playing a game it absolutely sucks fix it I feel like I will never buy this game again because of how awful the gameplay is
