Agreed. This HOF event doesn't feel the same as HOF Ranked. Pitch speeds in the event, IMO, feel somewhere in the middle of All Star and HOF.

If I think it's over 450ft I'll watch in admiration, whether it's from me or against me.

Small sample size but bought Rollins to make a WS push and he was easily my most consistent player and the ball was flying off his bat for home runs and deep gappers. never had to worry any time the ball was hit to him on defense. Small sample size but would recommend.

Haven't read through all of the comments but has anyone mentioned a laggy connection? Would be worth both agreeing to a friendly quit than 9 innings of lag due to internet connection or servers.

In getting Mantle you will also get players towards the Big Collection such as Garret Anderson for the Angels who is part of Billy Wagner reward who is part of Biggio reward. You'll collect a lot of cards as a byproduct of getting Mantle.

The market didn’t go back to normal after the last stub sale. Usually that would be happening now. Then they had another sale.

Something needs to come along to tank the market. Usually new cards in packs do that.

I mean you can’t expect too much though. Griffey, Piazza, Alomar, Verlander, Pujols, Bench, Ted, Billy Wagner, and Goose were all inning bosses last year. Jimmie Foxx, Kershaw, Honus, and Kenley/Eck are the only 4-5 really desirable cards that have much of a chance at an inning boss spot IMo

Agree 100% with those selections. Willie will be my endgame CF whenever he drops.

He'll be everyone's end game CF because he won't come out until the end of the game cycle.

As an angels fan I'm excited for a new legend. Also to be honest, we haven't had the best players in our history aside from the ones already in the game. Any ideas of who the new legend (97 or above) it might be?

Cheers! They haven't had a chine figgins, he would be pretty nice especially with practically every secondary position. We had Erstad I think 2 years ago it was. I know The Show has has an emphasis on 90s (more current) players with year. Possibly an Eckstein? I'm stumped. Whoever it is will have a pretty high rating and if I'm being honest the only 97+s in our history are Trout, Vlad and maybe Nolan Ryan. And Don Baylor MVP of 79. We shall see.
