I still cannot get mine to show up. When I submitted a ticket I got a response that I couldn't transfer players from PS4 to Xbox... I didn't mention anything about PS4. This is all happening on Xbox and is extremely frustrating since it feels as though I have to grind out the RTTS season and half of those games don't count toward progress for some reason. I would prefer to get some experience for my guy while doing Conquest. I'm not complaining that RTTS and DD are tied together, I'm complaining that you tied them together and in the process created a system where bugs could cause players to completely miss out on the functionality.
I am also a developer so I understand issues and bugs, but there are a few things wrong with how they're handling it. We are all people and we understand they've had to develop this game through a pandemic so there will be issues. That's completely fine and understandable. The only thing the community would like is some communication as to what is happening and what can be done to fix it. Rather than radio silence (which I'm sure means they're hard at work trying to fix things), maybe make a thread where developers have direct dialogue with players and a better idea of what is most important to them while they're trying to play. They could put out polls and ask player which game types are struggling the most or what they want added first. Regardless, the game is super fun - I just want to play it.
